Tumbled nuggets of deep blue sodalite hang from my crystal nimbus bail and 14g work and tumble hardened copper hoops. They are 2 3/4" long or 7cm and weigh approximately 15 grams each. They are designed to be worn through a stretched piercing of 14g or larger or a tunnel of 10g or larger (though of course it depends on the aperture of the tunnel!)
Please note these are *not* for regular pierced ears which have a piercing of 18-20g.
Named after Vindalf or "wind elf" mentioned in the Voluspa, these ear weights are one of my Sindri's forge pieces made of fluid copper.
Sodalite is one of my favourite stones to work with and wear as it feel like wearing a piece of the sky. Often called the poet's stone, Sodalite is very grounding but enlightened, corresponding to the throat chakra. It's said to aid with clarity of communication.
