These unique, rustic ear weights carry the simple power of chysophrase stone. Two nuggest are wrapped in copper and suspended from 14g hand forged copper hoops in my little cobra shape.
Named after Sudri, the Norse dwarf of the South that holds up the sky, these hangers are one of my Sindri's forge pieces made of fluid copper.
Chrysoprase is one of my favourite stones to work with and wear. It is said to repel the negative energy of others and so far I have found this to be true. The luxuriant shades of milky green bring to mind tropical pools, minty, milky absinthe and unadulterated life force. I have used the swirling copper to accent these contrasts.
These meaure 2" or 5cm long and weigh 10g each. Sold as a pair.
All my jewellery is made by hand by my partner Mike and myself in a converted 18th century naval school on the wild North coast of Scotland.
