This simple statement necklace is in the shape of a rosary Y, made of gunmetal chain and blacked pewter connectors and toggle. The necklace is weighted with a small harpy girl. Mythic in her lifelike detail, little pewter harpy rides on a hand-forged pewter peg--like a merry-go-round creature, giving this piece movement and also a bit of play. She becomes a kind of worry stone for the wearer.
Necklace is 27” long or 68cm and closes with a blackened pewter toggled clasp. The 3 1/2" or 9cm drop includes blackened pewter filigree connector, with the little harpy being about an inch from nose to tail.
All my jewellery is made by hand by my partner Mike and myself in a converted 18th century naval school on the wild North coast of Scotland. All pieces come gift wrapped.
